A light knit shaped on the machine, not cut from a sheet
Fully fashioned is the construction detail worth knowing. The panels are knitted to shape on the machine, with stitches added and removed to form the shoulder and armhole. Nothing is cut from a larger knitted sheet, so the seams follow where the body actually turns.
Fine gauge means more needles working across the same width. The result is a smoother, lighter knit that sits beneath a jacket without bunching at the shoulder and over a shirt without hiding the collar.
Ribbed cuffs and hem help the edges return to shape. A fashioned neckline and armholes keep the fit clean, with a contrast stripe inside the neck and a small embroidered logo on the chest.
