The fabric combines 50% polyester with 50% viscose in an interlock knit. Interlock uses two rows of stitches to create a stable double-knit structure, while the heavily brushed inside gives the surface against the skin a soft, raised finish.

The seams are flatlocked, so the joined edges sit flatter than a conventional raised seam. There are no side seams down the legs. A reinforced gusset and double-stitched hem add strength where the garment works hardest.

A soft Lycra waistband and cuffs help the trunks stay in place. The finish is tag free and includes a practical front fly opening.
