A brushed base layer with fewer seams

Interlock is a double knit, with two rows of stitches locked together. The construction creates a stable fabric with small spaces that hold a layer of warm air. Brushing raises the inside surface so the face against the skin feels soft rather than flat and cool.

The fabric is made from equal parts viscose and polyester. The seams are flatlocked, so joined edges lie flatter beneath trousers, and there are no side seams running down the legs. A reinforced gusset adds strength where the garment works hardest.

A soft Lycra waistband and cuffed ankles help the layer stay in place. The finish is tag free, with a practical front fly opening.
